Refund Policy for ReviewBoost

Return Policy Customers have 30 days from receipt of their item to request a return for a full refund.

For a successful return:

  1. Ensure the item is as you received it: unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
  2. Have the receipt or proof of purchase ready.
  3. Items returned because they're deemed ineffective must remain in their original packaging.
  4. To initiate a return, email us at info@reviewboostcard.com.

Upon receiving and validating your return request, we'll guide you on the next steps:

  • For faulty items, we'll provide a digital return shipping label.
  • For unwanted items, customers will be responsible for the return shipping costs.

Please note: We do not charge restocking fees. Do not send items back without a prior return request – we won't accept unsolicited returns.

Damages and Issues Inspect your order upon arrival. If you find defects, damages, or receive an incorrect item, notify us right away. We’ll assess the situation and provide the necessary solutions.

Exchanges To exchange an item, first return the one you have. After we accept the return, place a new order for the item you desire.

European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period For shipments to the European Union: Beyond our policy, you can cancel or return your order within 14 days without needing a reason. Ensure your return item remains unused, with tags, in its original packaging, and accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds After receiving and inspecting your returned item, we’ll inform you about the approval status of your refund. If approved, expect the refund to reflect on your original payment method within 10 business days. Note: Some banks or credit card companies might need additional time to process and post refunds.
